We are seeking a seasoned Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of key functions within our hotel in Kerry, Ireland.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional customer experience by collaborating with other department managers to provide seamless operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and manage key functions within the hotel, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
* Work closely with department managers to provide effective operational support and ensure seamless communication.
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and increase guest loyalty.
* Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or golf club environment.
* Excellent communication, leadership, customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex issues efficiently.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
