is seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative
Lead Generation & Campaign Marketing Executive
to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that generate demand, nurture prospects, and deliver qualified leads to the sales team.
Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on role focused on campaign execution, particularly across email marketing, lead nurturing, paid digital campaigns, and supplier-partner-led content initiatives. The role will suit someone with solid B2B marketing experience who enjoys running campaigns, working with partners, and using data to improve results.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Lead Generation
* Support the planning, execution, and optimisation of lead generation and demand-focused marketing campaigns across digital channels.
* Deliver campaigns aligned with sales priorities, target markets, and agreed objectives.
* Coordinate campaign activity from briefing through to launch, optimisation, and reporting.
* Support the creation and updating of website content and campaign landing pages in WordPress to support lead generation and email campaigns.
Email Marketing & Lead Nurture
* Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, campaign emails, and basic automated nurture journeys.
* Segment audiences and tailor messaging to improve engagement and lead conversion.
* Maintain mailing lists and support ongoing database health and targeting.
Paid Digital Campaign Support
* Assist in the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, paid social).
* Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement in targeting, messaging, or creative.
* Work with the Strategic Marketing Manager to test ads, landing pages, and calls-to-action.
Supplier & Partner Collaboration
* Work closely with supplier partners on the delivery of co-marketed campaigns and content.
* Adapt supplier-provided assets (e.g. guides, blogs, emails) for use in Mason Technology campaigns.
* Support the coordination of partner approvals, timelines, and campaign activity.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
* Track and report on key campaign metrics including email performance, lead volumes, engagement, and conversions.
* Contribute to regular marketing reports and dashboards.
* Use insights to recommend practical improvements to future campaigns.
Collaboration & Teamwork
* Work closely with the Strategic Marketing Manager and wider teams to deliver agreed campaign plans.
* Collaborate with sales teams to support effective follow-up of leads.
* Contribute positively to team workflows, planning, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Required
* 3-4 years' experience in a B2B marketing role with a focus on campaign delivery and lead generation.
* Hands-on experience delivering email marketing campaigns and basic lead nurture programmes in a commercial environment.
* Experience supporting or executing paid digital advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is desirable.
* Experience working with supplier, vendor, or partner-provided content as part of integrated marketing campaigns is an advantage.
* Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms used in a commercial setting, including email marketing, analytics, and reporting tools.
* Comfortable working with data and reporting on campaign performance to inform improvements.
* Experience updating website content using a CMS such as WordPress is beneficial.
* Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
* Well organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
* Qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
