Job Title: Maintenance Operative Position
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance operative to join our team. As a maintenance operative, you will be responsible for providing essential support to ensure the cleanliness, security, and safety of our facilities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day maintenance support
* Outdoor and garden maintenance
* Updating equipment records as required
* Job completion (broken down equipment, callouts etc.)
* Participate fully in required training
* Repairs
* Assist with painting and decorating
* Security and safety
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar position
* Full clean driving license
* Excellent communication skills
* Painting experience
Working Conditions:
* 8 hour shift
* Ability to commute/relocate: Convoy, CO Donegal - reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
