Job Title: Revenue & Reservations Manager

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all reservation enquiries and bookings across channels.
Ensure accurate room inventory and manage overbooking strategies.
Handle VIP, group, and corporate bookings with precision.
Train and support Front Office staff on upselling and revenue-focused behaviours.
Maintain PMS and CRM data accuracy.
Manage booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
Ensure a seamless guest arrival experience in collaboration with Front Office.
Technical & System Skills
Proficient in Rezlynx PMS (experience highly advantageous).
Maintain channel manager and OTA connectivity.
Generate insights from booking data and support system optimisation.
Assist in implementing new systems during the hotel expansion phase.
Essential Requirements
Proven experience in revenue or reservations management within hospitality.
Track record of driving revenue growth and optimising pricing strategies.
Familiarity with PMS systems (Rezlynx or similar) and OTA platforms.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent attention to detail, strategic thinking, and hands-on approach.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of training others in revenue-focused behaviours.
Additional Qualifications
Third-level qualification in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
Experience with revenue management systems and group/corporate contract.
Knowledge of Limerick / Munster market dynamics.
