Payroll Administrator – Permanent, Part-Time
We are currently recruiting a part‑time Payroll Administrator on behalf of a growing and supportive accounting and advisory practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to manage payroll services across a varied client portfolio in a flexible and collaborative environment.
For you:
* Salary: €35,000 – €40,000 (Pro Rata)
* Hours: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, 3–4 Days per Week
* Annual Leave: 21 Days (Pro Rata)
* Location: Dublin 2 – Potential for hybrid flexibility after probation
Key Responsibilities:
* Process weekly, bi‑weekly, and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
* Handle payroll‑related queries professionally and efficiently
* Communicate directly with clients and their employees regarding payroll matters
* Manage Revenue submissions and related correspondence
* Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation
Key Experience:
* Minimum 1 year’s experience in a payroll‑focused role
* Payroll qualification is desirable but not essential – experience is key
* Proficient in payroll software and general Microsoft Office tools
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Able to manage your own workload and schedule with minimal supervision
