The technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining audio visual (AV) equipment for events, including but not limited to projectors, displays, sound systems, lighting, and video conferencing systems. Key tasks include equipment troubleshooting, ensuring functionality during events, and collaborating with clients and team members to deliver a high-quality experience.Qualifications5+ years of technical experience in AV systems, we are looking for someone with experience in audio, streaming, visual and lighting disciplinesProficiency in Audio Visual (AV) systems and the ability to set up, operate, and manage related equipmentStrong troubleshooting skills for resolving technical issues efficientlyExperience with video conferencing tools and systemsKnowledge of lighting and projector operation for various event typesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team collaborationAbility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle tight schedulesFlexibility to work under varying schedules, including late hours and weekendsFull & clean drivers license is also necessaryResponsibilitiesServe as on-site AV technician, possessing the expertise to problem solve in the pressurised live event environmentEnsure the operation of AV equipment in venues around Dublin, and ability to troubleshoot where neededPerform maintenance and repair activities on AV equipmentCommunicate with both team members and clients to ensure a high level of execution on eventsMaintain inventory records of on-site supplies, consumables, and assets.Stay updated on industry-standard hardware and proprietary tools relevant to the field.Please apply here or send us your cv and cover letter to We look forward to hearing from you
