About the Role:
* We are seeking an individual who can deliver high-quality care and support to adolescents in a welcoming and caring environment
* You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of a stimulating programme of activities for children and young people
* Accurate and up-to-date records must be maintained within the unit
* You will support young people in engaging with educational activities and maintaining contact with their family
* Adherence to organisational policies and reporting requirements is essential
Key Responsibilities:
* Observing and recording observations of young people in care is crucial to understanding their needs
* You will collaborate with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive environment that fosters growth and development
* Participating in training and development opportunities will enable you to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
* Experience working with adolescents in a residential or care environment is highly valued
* A relevant degree in Social Care or related field is necessary for this role
* Flexibility is required to work rosters and arrangements that meet the needs of our clients
