Service & Maintenance Manager

* • Ensure timely completion of all service requests, faults,
maintenance tasks in line with SLAs.
, Monitor key metrics such as first-time fix rate, callout response times, job closure rates,,customer satisfaction. Act as the first point of contact for complex high-priority issues. Ensure accurate job notes, reporting system updates from the engineering team
