Associate Faculty

We are seeking an experienced Associate Faculty member to deliver high-quality learning and development modules to our students. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the strategic development of our School of Business.

* Lecture and assess students on professional courses at Level 7, focusing on learning and development modules. Collaborate with colleagues to design and develop innovative learning activities aligned with institutional policies and quality standards.
* Develop and deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and other learning activities that enhance student learning outcomes. Contribute to curriculum development, ensuring assessments that meet best practice methods.
* Provide timely and constructive feedback to students, using effective methods to support their skill development. Engage with external examiners to maintain academic integrity within programmes.
* Participate in relevant professional development activities, contributing to the development of our School of Business.
* CIPD qualified with extensive knowledge and experience in designing and facilitating learning and development sessions. Excellent communication skills, good time management, and organisation skills are essential for this role.
* Postgraduate qualifications and research experience are desirable but not required. We offer a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.
