Oliver James Partnership - Senior Compliance Officer

Oliver James has partnered with an Insurance business in South Dublin to recruit for a Senior Compliance Officer position. This role is exclusive with Oliver James.

In this role, you will assist the Group Head of Compliance in supporting the business and ensuring all internal and external compliance requirements are met.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing and maintaining the company's compliance framework, policies, and procedures.
2. Support senior management and regulatory bodies.
3. Escalate any risks to senior management and assist in maintaining the firm's risk register.
4. Ensure daily operations comply with the Central Bank of Ireland (CBI) and other relevant regulatory requirements.


Experience and Qualifications:

* Experience in compliance roles within Financial Services.
* Knowledge and experience with CBI regulations.
* Strong background in a compliance function.
