Role Overview
This role sits within the Medical Devices division. The purpose is to deliver year‑on‑year sales growth by meeting and/or exceeding the annual sales plan; communicate the clinical and commercial benefits of our product range to enable better patient outcomes, and provide cost‑effective options to clinicians across the territory.

Responsibilities
* Deliver year‑on‑year sales growth by meeting and/or exceeding the annual sales plan.
* Maintain and service existing business.
* Build a sales pipeline and meet strategic growth targets by identifying key growth and new business opportunities.
* Develop and implement agreed strategies in all target accounts.
* Train customers to use and understand our products and services to best practice and standards.
* Conduct strategic reviews within the customer base for the largest and/or most strategically important accounts.
* Participate in and provide support at relevant exhibitions, sales meetings, and other clinical/sales‑related functions as requested and/or defined by management.
* Take ownership of customers and KOLs to ensure a positive, high‑quality relationship and maintain customer satisfaction.
* Develop territory management plans that identify and prioritise activities to achieve business goals.
* Promote a positive and professional company image internally and externally.
* Complete all administration, reports & requests within guidelines & on time.
* Attend international conferences and trade fairs as required.
Products & Customers
* Capital Equipment products used in the acute hospital environment, including infusion devices, ultrasound, disinfection and isolation products.
* Customers include clinicians, clinical nurse managers, biomedical engineering departments and procurement.
The Person
* Proven medical sales background with 2‑3 years of experience, preferably in capital equipment sales.
* Ability to engage with key clinical opinion leaders and decision makers.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Proven organisational/multi‑tasking skills.
* High level of self‑initiative and self‑management; capable of working independently.
* Strong relationship/team‑player skills with ability to collaborate within a cross‑functional team (internally & externally).
* High level of customer focus and customer service.
* Willingness to travel internationally to manufacturer training courses and for clinical meetings as required.
The Package
Competitive salary commensurate with experience will be available to the successful candidate together with a generous bonus scheme. In addition, the candidate may be required to carry out other reasonable duties as the Company may require from time to time. All Fannin staff work within a quality management system.
