Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee all store operations to ensure excellent service, presentation, and profitability
* Lead, supervise, and inspire a small, close-knit retail team
* Manage stock levels, order products, and check in deliveries
* Execute promotions and local marketing initiatives to drive footfall and sales
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety and food safety (HACCP) standards
* Work to achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and visual display
* Create and maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need:
* A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar store or retail management role
* Experience in grocery or FMCG retail preferred but not essential
* Strong people leadership and staff management skills
* A naturally energetic and customer-focused approach
* Commercially aware with the ability to manage budgets and KPIs
* Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills
* Comfortable with stock systems, delivery processes and day-to-day operations
* A working knowledge of HACCP and commitment to compliance
