The Role
We are partnering with an established and growing consultancy seeking a Project Manager to deliver a range of commercial and private-sector construction projects.
You will manage schemes from initial brief through design, procurement, and delivery, overseeing programme, budget, and risk while working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors.
You will
Manage construction projects through all stages from inception to completion
Oversee programme, budget, and risk management to ensure successful project delivery
Lead communication with clients, consultants, and contractor teams
Support procurement processes and contract administration activities
Contribute to the delivery of projects in line with quality, time, and cost objectives

The Ideal Candidate
Proven project management experience within construction or the built environment
Consultancy experience desirable, though contractor backgrounds will be considered
Good understanding of procurement, contract administration, and project governance
Professional accreditation (APM, RICS, CIOB or similar) or working towards chartership advantageous
