We are currently seeking a highly organised and motivated Administrator to join a busy and dynamic lettings team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), with a strong possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate.
You will play a key part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the lettings team, ensuring processes run smoothly while maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and customer service across all interactions with tenants, landlords, and contractors.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the lettings team, including document preparation and record management.
Coordinate appointments, property viewings, inspections, and general office schedules.
Maintain accurate tenant, landlord, and property records across internal systems and databases.
Act as a primary point of contact, handling enquiries and delivering excellent customer service.
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
