One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Brand Manager for our Creative team to work within a busy branch located in Dublin.
Your new role
1. Drive the creative process from idea to execution, ensuring unique and original creative and flair across all pieces of content.
2. Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines, that tone and style sit well with our brand, products and consumers while also ensuring that there is control and consistency across channels.
3. Cultivate innovative thinking and push our agency partners to be brave in our communications while remaining true to the brief.
4. Optimise content based on a data-driven approach and learnings from research.
5. Manage multiple projects and prioritise workload while also managing budgets and tight deadlines.
6. Anticipate legislation and developments that will impact how our brand is portrayed and ensure equality, equity and inclusion throughout all communications.
7. We work crossfunctionally with Group Marketing, the Customer team, the wider bank, especially 2LOD and with our agency partners to develop best in class engagement programs for our brand.
8. Manage key agency relationships with TBWA, Originate, Custodian and our other agencies, inspiring world-class outputs while ensuring adherence to SLAs and governance structures.
9. Manage the small change agenda, prioritising creative needs that are requested by our business stakeholders, local markets, the sponsorship team and media
10. What you'll need to succeed
11. 4+ years' experience working in a marketing or communications role with a proven track record of producing large along-the-line campaigns
12. Demonstrate a strong blend of both commercial and creative skills that can translate to business growth
13. Track record of understanding the creative development process and bringing connection moments to life for customers
14. Ability to lead and manage agency partners
15. Strong ability to work on multiple projects with a high attention to detail
