Job Title:
Deputy Director of Estates Services
This is a leadership role responsible for the strategic development and integrated delivery of design management across all estates services sections, as well as planning, space management, project management and estate improvements across various campuses.
About You:
* A degree in construction-related discipline
* Experience leading corporate strategic planning processes
* A record of achievement in programme management for large estates with at least 100000 square meters including successful delivery of programmes worth over £10M annually
