Your new company As Data Executive - Benefits & Compensation, you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City and offers a hybrid work model; 2 days in the office, 3 days at home. Your new company requires you to join their team for 6 months to work on upcoming projects. Your new role As Data Executive, you will be reporting to the Compensation and Benefits Technical Manager, providing administrative and analytical support. Your duties will include collecting and preparing data and calculation for their annual pay cycle, pay transparency directive, healthcare renewals and their annual salary survey submission. This is a great opportunity for you to gain experience within a reputable Irish semi-state organisation. What you'll need to succeed You will ideally have recent relevant experience managing and reporting on data with excellent attention to detail skills. Strong analytical skills, ability to identify & analyse data issues, potential improvements, and propose & implement solutions are required. Advanced Excel skills (including Pivot Tables) is essential. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements in a similar role, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
