Recruitment Consultant
This role requires a proactive individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and be involved in the recruitment of staff for Homecare placements. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, personable, and a problem solver with a positive attitude.
The successful candidate will be required to cultivate and build relations with candidates by creating open, friendly, and communicative relationships. They will also be responsible for sourcing and planning community engagements and other in-person recruitment opportunities within the community.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Matching candidates to client requirements under the direction of the Team Lead.
* Cultivating and building relations with candidates.
* Sourcing and planning community engagements.
* Liaising closely with the Team Lead and Stakeholders during the recruitment process.
* Complying with the recruitment procedure and process.
* Carrying out in-person and virtual interviews with potential candidates.
* Uploading candidate application details and related documents onto a customised CRM system.
* Conducting phone and written reference checks for potential candidates.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in a previous recruitment capacity.
* Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
* Strong written and oral communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
