Our client, a global Fund services organisation with a strong presence in Dublin, is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team with a focus on Private markets & Hedge Funds.
The desired candidate will have end-to-end NAV knowledge and a keen interest in the funds industry.
Responsibilities Analysing investor cash flow activities, including capital calls and distributions Monitoring daily cash movements, including wire setup and cash forecasts Reviewing management and performance fee calculations Assisting with quarterly and annual financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRSSupporting performance reporting and the annual financial audit Evaluating partner allocations and capital account reports Aiding the investment team during transaction closures and information requests Interpreting partnership agreements and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements Analysing distribution structures and carried interest Assisting the tax department Job requirements Qualified accountant ACCA, ACA or equivalent End-to-end NAV understanding Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a dynamic setting How to Apply For further information on this job opportunity please apply via this link.
