The Staff Packaging Engineer plays a critical role in designing sterile packaging for orthopedic implants. You will collaborate closely with implant product development, operations, and program management to deliver safe and effective packaging solutions that meet industry standards.
Leverage usability studies and customer feedback to develop robust packaging designs.
1. Design sterile packaging from concept to launch
2. Develop verification and validation testing protocols
3. Autor test reports
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 4+ years of related experience. A background in mechanical or packaging engineering is strongly preferred.
