European Commercial Director
to lead their commercial growth across Ireland, the UK, and strategically into European markets. This is a pivotal leadership role for a results-driven professional from the
Plastics

Distribution
industry, with a proven ability to inspire, manage, and develop diverse teams while driving business expansion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead commercial operations across Ireland, the UK, and new European territories.
* Drive profitable growth, market share, and customer expansion.
* Act as a senior account leader, building strong relationships with high-level clients.
* Mentor, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
* Achieve annual profitability, efficiency, and quality targets.
* Shape and implement both short-term and long-term strategic plans for European growth.
Qualifications & Experience
* MBA or Master's degree, ideally with an academic background in plastics, polymers, science, engineering, or a related field.
* 10+ years' industry experience, including at least 5 years in a senior people-leadership role.
* Proven track record in team leadership, business development, and market expansion.
* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong analytical, reporting, and commercial acumen.
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar) and CRM platforms is preferred.
