Administrative Role in Social Care Services
Our organization seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented administrator to support our social care services. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing task briefs, managing appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the management team
* Manage and book health-related appointments
* Update Individual Risk Management Plans in consultation with PIC/Deputy Managers and Key Workers
* Ensure files are up-to-date and organized
* Typing meeting minutes and sharing them through SharePoint
Requirements:
* Qualification: NFQ level 6 or above in healthcare or related discipline
* Knowledge: Social care or health-related sector
* Experience: 2 years' experience in a social care setting or health-related discipline
Skills:
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient written communication skills (report writing)
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Administrative experience
