Key Responsibilities:
Identify profitable business opportunities through market research, networking, and analysis of trends.
Generate and pursue leads to acquire new clients and expand existing customer accounts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Attend industry events and networking activities to research prospects and represent the company.
Monitor and analyze business performance, sales metrics, and market trends to refine strategies.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members (if applicable).
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
Strong understanding of market research, sales strategies, and negotiation tactics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
