Senior Service Advisor Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our successful Aftersales team. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be the first and last point of contact with service customers, taking bookings and scheduling services and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer expectations are met
* Communicate work and faults to technicians and handle customer complaints
* Advise on vehicle care and warranty retention, sales, and accessories
* Collect CSI information and maintain an organized stock room
Requirements:
* Experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry is essential
* Excellent communication skills, professional appearance, and strong work ethic
* IT literacy including Microsoft Office suite
