Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineer to lead all engineering aspects of our asset development strategy across Ireland and the UK. You will manage technical design, contracting, delivery, commissioning, and optimisation of large-scale infrastructure projects.
About the Role:
* Lead Civil, Structural & Architectural engineering for assets and projects.
* Collaborate with Asset Development teams to influence strategic direction.
* Provide technical expertise and governance throughout design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
* Challenge designs to ensure the best technical and cost-effective solutions.
* Coordinate technical interfaces across EPC contractors, OEMs, consultancies, and authorities.
* Support due diligence on new investment opportunities.
Requirements:
* Strong proven experience in Civil, Structural & Architectural engineering within capital asset projects (greenfield or brownfield).
* Expert knowledge in large-scale infrastructure design and construction, including codes and standards.
* Strong understanding of planning, statutory building requirements, groundworks, geotechnical assessments, and commercial building design.
* Experience managing abnormal load assessments and cross-discipline interfaces.
* Familiarity with contract types and project management tools including risk analysis and controls.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
* Able to work independently and within a matrix organisation, managing deadlines and driving results.
