What is the opportunity?

Working as part of a dynamic and supportive team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our personal and business customers.
In this role, you will:
* Engage with customers to deliver professional, efficient, and friendly customer service, including cashier services where appropriate, to both business and personal customers.
* Manage the flow of customers to ensure their smooth passage through the branch.
* Assist customers in migrating to self-service options, including online and Banking 365 channels, and demonstrate self-service facilities.
* Record and update relevant customer information in our systems.
* Handle basic queries and problems, referring complaints as needed.
* Use customer insights to contribute to decision-making and ensure appropriate outcomes for customers.
* Understand your goals and how your role helps achieve the bank’s shared ambitions.
* Act with integrity, learn from successes and mistakes, and foster continuous improvement.
* Be open to change and support the implementation of efficient solutions.
* Ensure compliance with the Minimum Competency Code and Customer Engagement Guidelines.
