A leading Irish manufacturer is expanding its footprint and is now seeking a Regional Sales Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across the South-East.
This is a strategic role for someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering commercial success.
What You'll Be Doing:
Cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders in construction and engineering.
Identifying new revenue streams through proactive market engagement and lead generation.
Creating and executing tailored business development strategies for regional accounts.
Collaborating closely with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Championing the company's product portfolio and value proposition to maximise client engagement.
Keeping CRM and ERP systems up to date with client interactions, quotes, and orders.
Delivering insightful monthly reports to the leadership team.
Staying ahead of industry trends and competitor movements to inform sales tactics.
Supporting strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
What You'll Bring:
At least 3 years' experience in a sales or business development role within construction or engineering.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is a plus.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
A proactive, customer-first mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
Ability to work cross-functionally and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Tech-savvy with experience using Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP platforms.
