We're looking for a Retail Sales Adviser to join our Vodafone store in Athenry.
This is an exciting opportunity to build relationships, help customers find the right solutions and play a key role in the success of the store.
What You'll Do Welcome customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Vodafone products and services Understand customer needs and recommend the best solutions with confidence Keep the store running smoothly while tracking your own targets and performance Ensure compliance with contracts, procedures and company policies Work as part of a supportive, high-performing retail team Weekend availability required (store operates Tuesday - Saturday) This role also offers potential to progress into retail management.
