Job Opportunity for Payroll Services Team Member
The role is to support our clients with a wide variety of payrolls and ad hoc queries, payments, reporting, projects, and consultancy work. You will be part of a team that operates within PwC's People and Organisation channel within the Tax Department.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Process and review various payrolls and provide high-quality routine and ad-hoc payroll services to diverse client base.
2. Support clients by delivering payroll solutions that allow them not to worry or spend excessive time on payroll operations.
3. Embrace and drive the digital transformation underway in our business.
4. Participate in the ongoing management of client relationships, business development, and consultancy projects.
5. Contribute to the collaborative working environment and participate in employee resource groups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience in payroll services.
* Commercial acumen and ability to contribute to profitability.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to read situations and modify behavior to build quality, diverse relationships.
* Creativity and ability to propose innovative solutions to problems.
