My Client in Mayo is seeking an Administrator to oversee daily operations within their business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately, adhering to established standards.
2. Anticipate guest needs and provide personalised service to enhance guest satisfaction.
3. Respond to guest queries clearly and confidently, and in a timely manner.
4. Answer incoming phone calls, transfer calls correctly, or take clear and accurate messages.
5. Handle incoming mail, internal deliveries, and courier arrangements.
6. Receive and manage daily deliveries related to the front office.
7. Complete shift checklists and follow all departmental standard operating procedures (SOPs).
8. Process payments, deposits, and guest charges accurately and in line with company procedures.
Requirements
9. At least 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably in a front office or guest-facing role.
10. Strong communication, customer service, and organisational skills.
11. Legal eligibility to work in Ireland.
