Director of Revenue Growth
Our hotel is seeking an ambitious and strategic Director of Revenue Management, a senior leader who can help shape the future of revenue management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our iconic hotels and brands, nurturing high-performance teams, and shaping emerging capability. Key responsibilities include formulating and executing revenue strategies for our hotels, collaborating with the executive team on long-term business plans, developing our revenue community of practice internally and externally, and identifying and inspiring talent growth.
Key Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 4/5 years of experience in revenue management roles, preferably in a 350+ room hotel or cluster environment. The ideal candidate will possess proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of getting the best out of people and driving high-performance. They will also have exceptional analytical skills, ability to make strategic decisions that enhance revenue growth, and advanced knowledge of revenue management principles. Additionally, IDea S Revenue Management Platform experience and in-depth knowledge of the distribution landscape, online travel agencies, and emerging market trends are highly desirable.
