Key responsibilities of the Senior Associate - ETF Fund Accounting will include:
* Oversight and review of daily NAV calculations for ETF funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
* Reconciliation of cash, positions, and market values across multiple systems.
* Liaison with custodians, investment managers, and auditors on accounting and operational matters.
* Review and approval of pricing exceptions and corporate actions.
* Support process improvement initiatives and automation projects within the fund accounting function.
* Assist in mentoring junior team members and act as a key point of contact for client queries.
The Senior Associate - ETF Fund Accounting will meet the following criteria:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.
* 3–5 years' experience in fund accounting with exposure to ETFs or index funds.
* Strong knowledge of NAV production, reconciliations, and fund valuation principles.
* Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Confident communicator with a collaborative and proactive approach.
