Senior Business Development Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across our full suite of products and services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new opportunities across pharma, biotech, and broader life sciences.
You will develop and execute account strategies for growth in existing clients, driving revenue growth across automation, machine vision, process control platforms, bioreactor solutions, Functional Service Provision (FSP), Managed Service Provision (MSP), engineering, and SLA services.
* Strategic Business Development: You will identify, target, and secure new opportunities across pharma, biotech, and broader life sciences.
* Client Leadership: You will build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including Directors, VPs, Heads of Manufacturing/Operations/Engineering/Automation.
* Sales Execution: You will deliver against annual sales and margin targets.
