The role offers a mix of technical work and client engagement, with responsibility for managing relationships, delivering guidance and supporting decision-making on complex insurance matters.Your RoleManage a portfolio of clients, acting as a key point of contact for all insurance-related queries and advisory supportProvide practical, technically sound guidance on insurance requirements across a range of commercial risksReview contractor, consultant and third‑party insurance arrangements, ensuring appropriate levels of cover are in placeDeliver presentations and briefings to clients on insurance requirements, market developments and key risk considerationsBuild strong relationships through regular engagement, including on-site meetings and ongoing communicationHandle a high volume of contract and insurance reviews annually, maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and consistencyRespond to queries across phone and email, providing clear and timely adviceWork closely with internal teams to ensure a consistent and aligned approach to client supportContribute to the ongoing development of the advisory service through insight, feedback and identification of trendsYour SkillsExperience within commercial insurance, with strong knowledge of property and liability classes (EL/PL)Background in broking, underwriting or a technical insurance roleStrong understanding of policy wordings, coverage structures and insurance requirementsExperience reviewing contract‑related insurance requirements is beneficial but not essentialExcellent attention to detail with the ability to assess and interpret complex informationStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and practical wayComfortable in a client‑facing role, including meetings and presentationsWell organised with the ability to manage a busy workload and multiple priorities
