Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for European and international markets, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies for those countries.
* Proactively identify and engage top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and leveraging local talent channels.
* Provide expert market insights and advise stakeholders on competitive salary trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practices.
* Ensure a seamless candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining high engagement levels throughout the hiring journey.
* Drive diversity and inclusion efforts in the recruitment process for both markets, ensuring a broad and inclusive talent pool.
Skills & Qualifications
* Minimum of 4 years of recruiting experience, specifically in Europe.
* Demonstrated track record in recruiting for a variety of roles (e.g., technical, corporate, managerial) across different levels.
* Fluency in English, with the ability to engage with talent in the local markets.
* Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment in Europe/International markets, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
* Strong knowledge of local labor laws, market trends, and cultural nuances.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across multiple stakeholders, including senior leaders and hiring managers.
* Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously, demonstrating high organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in using recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and social media platforms for talent acquisition, and integrating AI into daily workflows.
