Job Description
Support teams and provide guidance on maintenance compliance
Track and monitor maintenance compliance and report back to line manager
Identify areas of improvement and escalation accordingly
Assist the Senior Manager – EMEA Change and Maintenance Management in defining and implementing the Change and Maintenance Management policies, processes, and procedures, working with sites to ensure adoption, improvement, and optimisation where appropriate, and owning specific objectives as required
Oversee Change and Maintenance compliance including following up with country and site teams
Assist with developing and promoting the Change and Maintenance management community
Assist with the development and promotion of Change and Maintenance management training materials
Provide a link to other communities as required – Change Management/ DE&C / Customer transition etc.
Provide data and advice to assist with continual improvement
Provide support to the Technical Teams as required
Support the Change Management team reviews and promotion of Change Management best practices
Provide backup and support to the Senior Manager – EMEA Change and Maintenance Management when required
Be part of the EMEA Change approval Board process
Support in the development scope of works and maintenance best practices
Visit sites as required
Promote global consistency in both change and maintenance management
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in managing data systems and critical facilities best practice knowledge
Knowledge of building systems, automation, and infrastructure
Ability to identify and assess issues
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Ability to respond effectively, verbally or in writing to sensitive issues, complex inquiries, or complaints
Meticulous with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and familiarity with Microsoft Project and Adobe Acrobat
