Forcepoint requires a UX Design leader who can deliver
cutting-edge, intuitive, and workflow-optimized experiences
for security professionals managing complex data protection challenges.
What You'll Do
Own the UX strategy and design, ensuring seamless, modern, and efficient user workflows.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate complex security use cases into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
Capture Customer Journey's and be able to communicate pain points clearly both in an effective executive summary and detailed problem statement.
Lead design thinking workshops, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that set the standard for enterprise security UX.
Advocate for user-centered design principles and influence product direction with data-driven insights.
Mentor and guide UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
What We're Looking For
7+ years of proven experience designing enterprise B2B SaaS products, (cybersecurity or Cloud Platforms would be a strong advantage)
Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflow design and simplification of technical concepts.
Expertise in modern design tools (Figma) and UX research methodologies.
Know when and how to leverage AI Tools as input to design and solution process.
Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs to deliver exceptional experiences.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
