Areas of responsibility
* Take on board and implement all decisions designated by the Head Chef
* Keeping up the Uniform Standards kept at Rúibín
* Leading the team in a positive and supportive manner
* Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and personal hygiene
* Maintaining a positive attitude to fellow staff members and customers
* Maintaining a high level and a set standard of quality in all items/units sold at Rúibín.
* Being in sole charge of the kitchen on the Head Chef's absence. This includes, but is not limited to : Being accountable for all dishes that are sent out during the day, managing the kitchen to get the most out of junior members of staff, keeping labour within budget, communicating with the Manager on Duty, training, ordering.
* Assisting the Head Chef to meet all targets: GP, wastage, staff costs etc
* Attention to detail of the overall appearance of Rúibín
* Keeping food wait times within the boundaries set out by Rúibín Management
* Follow all Health and Safety procedures set out by Rúibín.
* assist head chef in seasonal menu changes & new dishes

Pay: €14.08-€21.88 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
