Management Development Program
This program provides participants with relevant experience required to advance to a supervisory position within six months.
1. Daily operations and weekly planning of the restaurant and bar.
2. Opportunities for rotation through the Front of House department, learning skills involved in being a front desk agent and reservations agent.
3. Rotation available to the Kitchen department, acquiring culinary skills to progress from Commis Chef to Chef de Partie.
4. Support functions in Sales and Marketing, Human Resources, or Finance during the final period.
