Our client, a well-established membership organisation, is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Lead to join their team in Dublin.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of brand strategy, lead integrated campaigns, and shape how the organisation connects with its audience across multiple channels.
As Brand Marketing Lead, you will play a key role in driving brand consistency, analysing data insights, and delivering campaigns that engage members and support key organisational initiatives.
This role offers a strong mix of brand ownership, campaign delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.
Core duties
Acting as the custodian of the organisation's brand, ensuring a clear and consistent identity across all channels and communications
Developing and refining messaging frameworks to support key programmes, initiatives, and audience segments
Planning and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
Coordinating campaign activity end-to-end, managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
Creating and overseeing high-quality content across digital and offline channels, including social media, email, web, and print
Bringing brand stories to life through engaging storytelling that highlights impact, community, and key initiatives
Using data and performance insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimise activity
Gathering audience insights and behavioural trends to inform content, campaigns, and overall communication strategy
Supporting the delivery of events by ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence and aligned communications
Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver cohesive and effective marketing activity
Managing priorities, workflows, and resources across multiple projects to ensure delivery against deadlines
Skills and experience
5+ years' experience in brand, marketing, or communications roles
Proven experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels
Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
Excellent project management and stakeholder management capabilities
Strong understanding of digital marketing and content performance
Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance and optimising campaigns
Desirable experience
Experience within a membership, education, or regulated environment
Understanding of professional development or training-based organisations
