Financial Planning and Analysis Manager – Wicklow / Hybrid
We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Financial Planning and Analysis Manager within a dynamic organisation. As the FP&A Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial direction of our client’s operations, driving strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Your Role
* Lead the formulation and execution of financial strategies, aligning closely with organisational goals and objectives.
* Spearhead the annual budgeting process and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
* Develop comprehensive rolling forecasts, identifying key opportunities and risks to financial performance.
* Craft long-term financial plans to guide the division’s growth trajectory, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic objectives.
* Generate regular reports and analyses, including variance assessments and performance metrics.
* Conduct thorough reviews of business performance, pinpointing areas for improvement and optimisation.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within financial planning and analysis, streamlining processes and introducing innovative tools.
* Provide expert financial modelling and analysis support to cross-functional teams.
* Evaluate capital expenditure opportunities, ensuring robust business cases are in place for optimal resource allocation.
* Foster strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive collaborative success.
* Cultivate a high-performance culture, empowering and mentoring team members to excel.
* Simplify operational processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Your Skills
* Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a commercial setting
* Experience in people management
* Proficient in financial analysis and modelling
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Excellent organisational and planning abilities
* Track record of continuous professional development and improvement
