Corporate Sales Executive Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience in a sales department or reception/reservations department preferably in a high-end hotel, with strong administrative and communication skills.
* Sourcing new business and developing a business strategy for targeting and developing business relationships
* Conducting market research to ensure the hotel's product and service aligns with the competitive set
* Assisting and supporting the Sales Manager in setting up appointments and establishing new corporate accounts
Responsibilities include participating in local, regional, and national activities, conducting site inspections, responding to daily corporate inquiries, completing weekly and monthly reports, communicating guest feedback to relevant departments, attending meetings and briefings as required, and performing other duties assigned by management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to increase revenue growth.
