In this role, you will oversee and manage the overall IT infrastructure, systems, and services within the organization. Accountabilities

* Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

* Oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
* Implement IT service management frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
* Manage IT budgets, optimize costs, and allocate resources strategically.
* Oversee IT asset procurement to ensure cost-effective investments.
* Maintain vendor relationships and ensure service agreements are met.
* Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and security.
* Drive cloud adoption and integration to enhance scalability.
* Collaborate with business units to align technological solutions with needs.

* Oversee end-user support services, including help desk operations.
Requirements
* Five or more years in Information Technology with proven project execution.
* Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, IT infrastructure, networking, and systems architecture.
* Excellent people management skills capable of leading IT teams.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective IT strategies.
* Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance standards.
* Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex IT issues.
* Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and services.
