**Job Summary:**
We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager for a leading Agribusiness in Co Kildare. This is a full-time permanent role.
About Our Client:
Our client has been supporting the Agricultural, Hardware and DIY trades for over 70 years across the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch in line with company policy.
* Communicate regularly with senior management to ensure effective decision-making.
* Monitor and control stock levels, making key decisions on ordering and stock control.
* Analyse sales figures and forecast future sales volumes to maximise profits.
* Formulate pricing policies to review merchandising activities, authorise clearance sales, and study trends.
* Use software to record sales figures and analyse data effectively.
* Manage staff, including interviewing, hiring, conducting performance reviews, and providing training.
* Process customer complaints, comments, and feedback while resolving issues.
* Maintain market awareness, perform competitor analysis, and introduce new business processes to maintain a competitive advantage.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong product/retail knowledge.
* Knowledge of Agri/Building/DIY materials (desirable).
* A proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Strong understanding of IT literacy.
