Hotel Operations Leader
We are seeking an accomplished Hotel Operations Leader to oversee the daily functioning of our hotel's departments.
* Ensure seamless guest experiences by maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
* Monitor key performance indicators across departments and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
* Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental managers and their teams.
* Support senior management in strategic planning, staff training initiatives, and compliance with health & safety standards.
* Address guest feedback and manage any service recovery with professionalism and urgency.
Key Qualifications:
* Minimum 35 years of experience in a senior operations or departmental management role within a luxury hotel environment.
* Strong knowledge of all hotel departments and operational standards.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
