We're on the lookout for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our operations in the heart of our FMCG supply chain client.
This is a hands-on leadership role where speed, accuracy, and efficiency are everything.What you'll do:Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth inbound, storage, and outbound processes.
Lead and motivate your team to deliver against KPIs in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Manage stock accuracy, inventory control, and minimise shrinkage.
Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time to meet customer and retail demands.
Drive continuous improvement in productivity, process, and people management.
Maintain full compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Work closely with transport, logistics, and production teams to keep the supply chain moving.
What we need from you:
Proven experience in warehouse management within an FMCG or fast-paced distribution environment.
Strong leadership skills – able to build, develop, and manage teams.
Excellent understanding of WMS and stock control processes.
Results-driven with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and service.
Ability to work under pressure while staying calm, organised, and solution-focused.
