Advanced Quality Engineer Role
This is a senior leadership position focused on quality engineering and continuous improvement of products and processes. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, leadership, and direction to ensure compliance to regulation and standards.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong background in science, engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 6 years of experience. An MS, CQE, or CRE is desired, as well as Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
In this role, the advanced quality engineer will work closely with operations, business functions, and cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive quality improvements. They will engage with customers, sales/marketing/field personnel, and regulatory representatives to ensure that quality performance meets the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical guidance and leadership in quality assurance, control, and preventative activities.
2. Lead initiatives to enhance quality performance within the organization and for customers.
3. Mentor and provide technical direction across multiple areas of expertise.
4. Ensure compliance to regulation and standards.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a science, engineering, or related field (Level 8).
* Master's degree, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) desired.
* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification desired.
* Minimum 6 years of experience preferred.
