Food Safety Management Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Management professional to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of our Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and monitor FSMS policies, procedures, and training programs.
* Ensure compliance with food safety legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
* Conduct internal audits and investigations into customer complaints and external non-conformances.
* Lead quality improvement initiatives to drive business growth through enhanced customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain effective quality systems.
Requirements:
* Minimum recognized 3rd level qualification in a Food Science related discipline or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 3 years+ experience in a similar role within the Food Manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems and their application.
