Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
* Team Leadership: Lead and motivate teams to achieve individual and team objectives within the branch.
* Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to younger staff members.
* Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with key customers and suppliers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
* Operations Management: Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics to maintain a high service level.
* Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, relevant training, and regulations.
* Reporting: Provide regular performance reports to senior management, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
* Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid business foundation, at least 5 years of experience in electrical wholesale management or a similar role, a proven track record of delivering year-on-year growth, strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems, a deep understanding of electrical products and industry trends, and the ability to manage financial goals.
