We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer skilled in COBL to design, build, and enhance features across our application portfolio. In this role, you will take ownership of complex development tasks, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and contribute to continuous improvement within an agile environment. You'll play a key role in delivering high‑quality, customer‑focused software that drives real business value.
The Role
* Design, develop, maintain, and test new and existing software features.
* Lead complex development tasks and contribute to estimation and planning.
* Write clean, well‑documented code and support automated and manual testing.
* Collaborate daily with the agile team, reporting progress and impediments.
* Work closely with Business Analysts, UX Designers, Test Engineers, and Technical Support to ensure smooth delivery.
* Participate in code reviews and retrospectives, contributing to continuous improvement.
* Support proof‑of‑concepts, prototyping, and adherence to architectural standards.
* Keep ALM tools updated and ensure transparency on project status.
* Focus on delivering customer value and enhancing user experience.
What You Offer
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science preferred, or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years of professional software development experience.
